Theme: Increase the Quality of Nursing Care through the developing of evidence based practice.

Tuition fee will be free for 6 NCKU nursing students only. We will help arrange dorm.

 

 

Exchange students for medical students (≥3th level) fee: 5.000.000IDR (for welcome and farewell party, SCOPE share, social program, breakfast, house fan/dormitory, internship fee).

Studying place in hospital (PKU hospital/Bantul or Muntilan government hospital). Department: Interna/Surgery/Pediatric/Obstetric. Duration 1 month. Time for study: Oct-Dec, January-March. ITMSS (International Tropical Medicine Summer School) is held

on Muhammadiyah Medical Student Activity Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (MMSA UMY), medical and health science faculty UMY. The theme of activity is Tropical Medicine, they will get skills lab, practicum, lecture, hospital visiting studying, community work and social program. Duration of ITMSS is 18 days. Participant last year from: Poland, France, Netherland, Latvia, Czech, Canada, Korea, Tunisia, Arab Saudi, England. Fee around € 546 (includes: tuition fee, social activity program, hosting family, breakfast, traveling in activity). Need to apply early now, because it has a maximum. Years 1-2 medical students can apply for it.

UBC Vancouver Summer Program in Medicine (July 18-August 18, 2015)

The Vancouver Summer Program (VSP) in Medicine is a four week academic program in Canada offered by the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia for cohorts of students from partner universities. The program includes two course and social cultural activities.

The 2014 University of British Columbia (UBC) Vancouver Summer Program was well received by over 600 students from different universities with very good feedback. We are very pleased to invite your students to participate in the 2015 Vancouver Summer Program in the Medicine packages on the beautiful campus of the University of British Columbia. Each package consists of two courses which enhance their learning experiences with study in an international setting in Vancouver, BC Canada. Students will develop skills essential for their success in future, improve their English skills, understand the Canadian society, culture and education style, and meet fellow students from Canada and around the world.

The 2015 Vancouver Summer Program run from July 18, 2015 to August 18, 2015.

 

Please find enclosed the 2015 Vancouver Summer Program powerpoint, poster, course descriptions, Next Steps Guide and registration list.  It would be much appreciated if you could kindly help promote these program packages to your students. Each course consists of 39 hours and home university could consider giving academic credits to students at its discretion. We would be grateful if possible home university could help us screen students who are interested to participate for their English proficiency and suitability.  Group registration or students to register with us directly by individual application are acceptable.  We welcome and encourage students to register early in order to secure their package preference, a visitor visa if required and a cheaper airfare. For university sending 24 or more participants you are welcome to send a chaperone or administrator with the group. The chaperone will be provided with accommodation and health insurance and is welcome to participate in any of the activities involved in the program preferably with advance notice.

Third year Cross Strait Medical Student Summer Camp at Zhongshan School of Medicine 第三屆“兩岸醫家”海峽兩岸醫學生聯合夏令營

 

 

SYSU is offering spot for 3 medical students from NCKU free of charge.  The summer program will be from July 13-July 24.  Students will get to interact with other medical students from China and other countries, compare and contrast the different medical education systems and visit the beautiful sites where the university is located.
