The Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences would like to invite you to apply for the Summer Research Program held at University of Tsukuba.

Selected students will be assigned to a laboratory within the Faculty of Medical Science or Life and Environmental Science. You will take part in research, attend lectures and present research results. During the two week period, both international and Tsukuba students will have the opportunity for cultural exchange and scientific discussion.

Requirements

-Undergraduate (3^rd, 4^th or 5^th year) or Graduate (1^st and 2^nd year) students

-Students from the College of Medicine

-GPA of above 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or 75% (out of 100)

-Deadline of Application: April 13^th, 2018

Fee

-Program Fee: 25,000 JPY (~7,000NTD)

-University Dormitory: 50,000JPY (14,000NTD) for 2 weeks during the program

-Students are responsible to purchase their own flight ticket, meal, and overseas travel insurance for the duration of stay in Japan.

-College of Medicine has 1-2 quota for scholarship to waive program fee and dormitory.
