親愛的夥伴：
由於 2020年全球受到新冠肺炎疫情的衝擊，為兼顧防疫與維繫學術交流，並保有學術會議中聽眾與講員互動的精神，「第十九屆亞太生物資訊研討會」決定維持在2021年2月3~5日舉辦，但以線上研討會直播形式舉行，並保留時段給觀眾在線上直接提問，講員將於演講後回答。會議演講內容也將後製成影片，提供與會者於會後上網站觀看。敬請踴躍參加，共襄盛舉。完整訊息敬請參考研討會網頁：http://www.binfo.ncku.edu.tw/APBC2021/index.html
『第十九屆亞太生物資訊研討會』邀請有關基因組學，生物資訊學和計算生物學等等主題的高質量原創全文論文踴躍投稿，提交的論文不得在其他地方發表，也不得在期刊或其他正式的研討會議中發表。所有被接受的論文將由其中一位論文作者在會議前將演講影片上傳，並於會議當天一同參與線上會議。APBC2021允許同一個研究團隊向會議提交兩篇或以上的論文，但每個作者只能在會議上發表一篇論文！根據每本期刊的發表政策，被接受的論文將被邀請在IEEE/ACM TCCB, BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, BMC Medical Genomics, Computational Biology and Chemistry發表。更多的投稿說明敬請參考投稿網頁：http://www.binfo.ncku.edu.tw/APBC2021/call_paper.html

We are pleased to announce that the APBC2021 will be held as an online virtual conference on February 3rd-5th, 2021. A web site where you can get more information for this conference has been set up at http://www.binfo.ncku.edu.tw/APBC2021/index.html.
APBC2021 invites high quality original full papers on any topic related to genomics, bioinformatics and computational biology. The submitted papers must have not been published elsewhere and not under the consideration for publication by a journal or another conference with formal proceedings. All accepted papers will have to be presented by the authors at the conference. Accepted papers will be invited to be published in IEEE/ACM TCCB, BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, BMC Medical Genomics, and Computational Biology and Chemistry following each journal’s publication policy.
