講題:From Biomaterials to Tissue Engineering
簡介:Biomaterials is defined as a non-viable material used in a medical device intended to interact with biological system. Biomaterials play important roles in medical device development and further in integral component of tissue engineering from providing architectural framework for cells to regulating cell growth and eventual tissue regeneration. In this lecture, biomaterials applied to branching morphogenesis, artificial pancreas, vitiligo, hair follicle morphogenesis, cell senescence etc., will be introduced.
