為促進台、日雙方免疫、感染與癌症領域之學術交流，並提供學生展示研究成果的機會，本次聯合研討會同步舉辦海報競賽。歡迎有興趣之同學踴躍投稿參加。

• 研討會與海報展示資訊

1. 研討會日期：2026 年 11 月 21 日（星期六）
2. 研討會地點：國立成功大學醫學院 第三講堂
3. 海報展示時間與地點：11 月 21 日 12:10–14:00（午餐暨海報展示時段），於醫學院二樓第四講堂前走廊之電子看板展示
4. 頒獎時間：11 月 21 日 16:45–16:55（由鄭修琦院長頒發海報獎項）

• 參加資格

1. 海報競賽（列入評選）：本院博士班學生。
2. 海報展示（不列入評選）：本院博士後研究員、研究助理及研究人員，歡迎張貼海報與日方學者交流。

• 摘要與海報規格

1. 投稿主題：須與研討會主題（免疫、感染與癌症）相關。
2. 摘要格式（詳附件二）：以英文撰寫，字數上限 300 字（不含空格），Arial 12 點、單行間距、左右對齊；標題為 Arial 12 點粗體；作者須將報告者加底線並粗體；單位為 Arial 10 點；不含圖表、參考文獻與誌謝，希臘字母請拼出全名。
3. 海報尺寸：A0（上限為寬 90 cm × 高 120 cm）
4. 海報語言：英文

• 報名與收件方式

1. 海報競賽收件截止日期：2026 年 11 月 11 日（星期三）
2. 報名方式：海報競賽及非競賽展示皆須於2026年11月11日前完成Google 表單報名（https://forms.gle/tsBsUgAaTYHDTW9Q8），並將附件一申請書（需申請人及指導教授簽章）及摘要（格式如附件二）寄至 z11408307@ncku.edu.tw
3. 海報電子檔：最遲於 11 月 20 日14:00前寄至 z11408307@ncku.edu.tw
4. 逾期恕不受理。

• 評選方式與獎項

1. 評選方式： 大會將依投稿摘要內容進行審查，遴選至多15名參與者於會議當日進行海報展示，並由大會邀請之評審委員於海報展示時段進行現場評選。
2. 獎項：第一名 1 名，獎金 10,000 元；第二名 1 名，5,000 元；第三名 1 名，3,000 元，以上獎項皆有獎狀一只。
3. 得獎名單於 11 月 21 日 16:45 頒獎典禮當場公布。

• 注意事項

1. 本次海報以電子看板方式展示，無需自行列印張貼；請於 11 月20  日14:00前將海報電子檔寄至指定信箱，由主辦單位統一播放。建議參賽者於11月21日13:00至海報展示區，以英文向與會者及評審委員介紹研究成果。。
2. 海報電子檔格式：PDF檔
3. 主辦單位保留修改活動內容之權利，如有異動將另行公告。

Poster Competition — NCKU–Kyoto University Joint Symposium on Immunity, Infection, and Cancer

We invite Ph.D. students of the NCKU College of Medicine to participate in the poster competition and share their research in immunity, infection, and cancer.

Event Information

• Date: Saturday, November 21, 2026
• Venue: 3rd Lecture Hall, College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University
• Poster Session: 12:10–14:00, digital display boards outside Lecture Hall 4 (2nd floor)
• Award Ceremony: 16:45–16:55

Eligibility and Submission Guidelines

• Eligibility:
  1.Poster Competition (judged): PhD students of the College of Medicine.
  2. Poster Exhibition (not judged): Postdoctoral fellows, research assistants, and research staff of the College of Medicine are welcome to present posters and exchange ideas with the visiting scholars from Kyoto University.
• Research Topics: Immunity, infection, and cancer
• Abstract: Written in English, maximum 300 words, following the required format (Attachment 2)
• Poster: Written in English, A0 size (maximum 90 cm wide × 120 cm high), submitted as a PDF file

Registration and Submission

• Submission Deadline: November 11, 2026

All participants, including those applying for the poster competition or non-competitive poster exhibition, must complete the Google Form (https://forms.gle/tsBsUgAaTYHDTW9Q8) and email the signed application form (Attachment 1) and abstract (Attachment 2) to z11408307@ncku.edu.tw by the deadline.

• Poster File Deadline: November 20, 2026, at 14:00

Selected participants must submit their poster files (PDF) to the same email address. Posters will be displayed digitally; printing is not required.

Selection and Awards

Up to 15 participants will be selected based on abstract review to present their posters at the symposium. Posters will be evaluated by invited judges during the poster session.

• 1st Prize: NT$10,000 (1 recipient)
• 2nd Prize: NT$5,000 (1 recipient)
• 3rd Prize: NT$3,000 (1 recipient)

Award winners will be announced during the award ceremony.

Additional Information

Participants are encouraged to be present at the poster display area at 11/21 13:00 to present their research to attendees and judges in English.
