為增進本院學術研究之發展，獎勵本院研究生從事醫學研究工作，提升學術研究水準，成大醫學院將於2026年4月10日至4月11日盛大舉辦全院研究日活動，邀請大阪大學專家蒞臨演講，遴選表揚本院優秀論文。並邀請多家廠商提供廣告攤位及科技新知，鼓勵全院師生參與聽講，促進同儕觀摩學習及相互激勵。

In order to promote the atmosphere of academic research, encourage our graduate students to engage in medical research work, and improve the standard of academic research, the NCKU College of Medicine is organizing the “2026 College Research Day” from April 10 to April 11, 2026. Experts from Osaka University will be invited to deliver talks and select outstanding research papers for commendation. We will also have many booths with companies advertising their products and sharing new technological knowledge. We look forward to the participation of all faculty members and students, encouraging them not only to attend the lectures but also to observe, learn from, and inspire their peers.

有關醫學院2026年研究生研究日活動，請依下列說明協助辦理：

To participate in the 2026 Graduate Research Day of the College of Medicine, please follow the instructions below：

    一、研究日博士班活動訂於2026年4月10日(五)至4月11日(六)舉行，地點：醫學院4樓大會議室（4/10）、醫學院1樓第三講堂（4/11），本次活動由臨床醫學研究所及基礎醫學研究所協辦。

The Research Day activities for the Ph.D. program are scheduled to take place from April 10 (Friday) to April 11 (Saturday), 2026. The venues will be the Large Conference Room on the 4th floor of the College of Medicine (April 10) and Lecture Hall 3 on the 1st floor of the College of Medicine (April 11). This event is co-organized by the Institute of Clinical Medicine and the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences.

    二、本次活動分為專題演講、海報競賽。

The activities includes special talk, and poster contest.

    三、研究競賽規則Competition regulations：

• 競賽主題分為五組-大數據分析組、神經科學組、健康照護組、癌症醫學組、微免暨轉譯醫學組。

參賽海報不得寫出已投稿或被接受之期刊相關資訊。

There will be 5 main research groups for the competition: big data analysis group, neuroscience group, allied health group, cancer medicine group, microbiology, immunology, and translational medicine group.

The posters should not present any information of under publication.

    過去研究日得獎者須以新的研究成果報告。

Students who received 2025 Research Day awards must turn in new research report.

• 海報競賽Poster contest

1. 參賽對象：本院各研究所之在學博士班學生。

Participants: PhD students from the College of Medicine.

2. 參賽者須自行印製直式A0尺寸海報，張貼於活動會場。（須依規定時程張貼及撤場）

The result of the competition is limited to 1 page. Participants must print a vertical A0 size poster and post it in the event venue. (Please refer to the poster session schedule)

3. 海報內容：應以英文呈現。

Poster content：in English.

4. 獎勵方式：

第一名獎金伍仟元和獎狀乙紙；

第二名獎金參仟元和獎金乙紙；

第三名獎金貳仟元和獎狀乙紙。

另取佳作獎每組數名，每名獎狀乙紙。

Awards：The winners will receive a certificate plus a bonus.

5,000 NTD for the First place

3,000 NTD for the Second place

2,000 NTD for the Third place

In addition, some outstanding works will be awarded with a certificate of merit.

• 申請流程Application process：

申請人繳交申請文件至各系所，經系所初審，將推薦名單彙整送至院辦。

參賽名單及編號將於彙整後公告。

The applicant submits the application documents to the departments.

After the preliminary review from the institutes, the recommended list and application will be submitted to the College of Medicine.

The office will sort out the "List of Poster Contests" and announce the finalist.

• 本辦法未盡規定之事項及任何臨時狀況，依主辦單位之決議行之。

Matters and any temporary conditions not specified in this method shall be implemented at the discretion of the organizer.
